Bartender 3, Titan Panel, Atlas Loot, Gatherer, Auctioneer, Enchantrix, etc.
I also have that one that shows Health Bars on the left and right side of your character while you're fighting. I forget the name of it, but I can't live without it now.
Edit: Oh and Necrosis for my warlock, awesome mod, they should have one like this for every class.

I'm sorry. But like SCT, Scrolling Combat Text. They tried to implement it in their own UI for the game, but it lacks some of the nice features that SCT has. You can change the font size, color, and even font itself.
